We are a family run, friendly and professional company providing high quality carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning. We are fully trained, certified and insured technicians, using top of the range equipment. We provide free accurate and honest quotes, always carrying out a full inspection and analysis, treating each fabric and material individually, tailoring the service especially to you, as we know not all carpets and upholstery are the same and different solutions and specialist care are required. We complete all work by identifying the fibres and fabrics, completing tests and analysing carpet and fabric construction to ensure we are using the correct methods, efficiently and effectively to give you the best service. We use carefully selected pre-sprays and solutions to give the safest and finest results, we can offer solutions that are pet and child friendly. We manage all hazardous and non-hazardous waste meticulously to help prevent pollution and recycle as much as possible to reduce any waste.

**All establishments are required to undergo a site survey before we can submit a proposal. Before approval, we will address any minor issues and we will communicate effectively throughout the onboarding process. Each site must have a lockable cupboard for safety and to ensure our staff have access to necessary supplies for high-quality cleaning while complying with regulations. Our standard initial contract is for 12 months, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter terms. A termination request needs a 4-month notice. We guarantee no changes during the contract and
will communicate openly if any adjustments are needed at renewal.**

Professional cleaning of child/baby car seats, prams and strollers is a service we provide more locally, including possible drop off and collection. For this reason, this service is only available within a 30min radius from Hilperton. For example Bradford on Avon, Westbury, Melksham, Chippenham, Frome, Bath, Midsomer Norton. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask us and we will be more than happy to advise.
